All rebates require purchase of a specific quantity of contact lenses. All rebates require a receipt for an eye exam. All Acuvue, Ciba and Bausch & Lomb rebates require the lens purchase be within 90 days of the date of your eye exam, Coopervision within 60 days of the date of your eye exam. Rebates are usually limited to one rebate per person and/or address per year, some allow multiple rebates to be sent to the same address in different names. Rebate claims must be postmarked within a specified amount of time either after purchase or after the rebate expires or both.
